Yoga for All Levels

every Tuesday at the Jazzercise Studio on Main Street in Albemarle. Start time- 6:30. 

Cost- $10 

Yoga at Golds Gym

Every Tuesday at 7am

Class and a Glass

Every 2nd Sunday at noon at Uwharrie Brewing

cost is $15 that covers your yoga class and a glass of beer or wine
