Welcome to Massage 101! If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place.

Massage 101 has moved. I moved to my house. I will get in touch with those that have scheduled to give my address. A few things to keep in mind. 1. If for any reason you do not feel well or think you may be experiencing signs/symptoms of coronavirus, please cancel. 2. Until further notice, I will not be allowing online booking.  I have had several issues with people not showing for his/her appointment. I understand that things come up. If you can not make your appointment, follow the link at the bottom of your reminder message to cancel up to 3 hours prior to your appointment. That way I will have ample time to fill the slot. My time is valuable to me just as your time is valuable to you.

In other news, Meagen has her Thai Massage Certification.

Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

The recipient of the massage wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor.The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, that is also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures.

Rates for Thai massage will remain the same as regular massage.
